22 Sacred Hadtihs narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (Radi Allahu Anhu)

22 Sacred Hadtihs narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (Radi Allahu Anhu)

Imam Abu Zakariya Yahya ibn Sharaf al-Nawawi (Alayhir Rahmah) said in his Tahzib: “Sayyiduna Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (Radi Allahu Anhu) related one hundred and forty-two (142) Ahadith. The reason for the small number of his narrations given the precedence of his companionship and his staying close to the Prophet (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) was that he passed away before the spread of hadith and the concern of the followers for listening to them, acquiring them and memorising them.”

Twenty-two (22) of his narrated Ahadith are presented here with respect to the date of His departure from this mundane world i.e. 22nd Jumad al-Akhir. Read, try to memorize and share!
